Terms of Service

AMOYE provides AI-assisted tools to support the research lifecycle — research design, grant development, publication readiness, and impact — together with an aligned training Academy and institutional administration features. The Service is delivered over the internet (software as a service) and is accessed through a web browser.

AI-generated outputs are drafts to assist your work, not professional, legal, financial or academic advice, and not formal submissions. You are responsible for reviewing, verifying and editing all outputs before relying on or submitting them. The Service does not guarantee funding, publication or any particular outcome.

You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction. Institutional accounts are governed additionally by the agreement with the institution.

You retain all rights in the research ideas, documents, data and other materials you upload or create ("Your Content"). You grant TecheSight a limited, non-exclusive licence to host, process and display Your Content solely to provide and improve the Service for you. We do not claim ownership of Your Content and do not sell it. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle data.

You agree not to: use the Service unlawfully or to infringe others' rights; upload content you have no right to use; attempt to breach security, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the Service; misrepresent AI-generated drafts as independently verified; or use the Service to generate fraudulent, harmful or deceptive material. We may suspend accounts that breach these Terms.

Paid plans are described on our Pricing page. Our order process and payments are conducted by our reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle"). Paddle provides customer service for billing enquiries and handles taxes. By purchasing a subscription you also agree to Paddle's buyer terms. Subscriptions renew automatically for successive periods until cancelled; cancellation and refunds are governed by our Refunds & Cancellation policy.

The Service, including its software, design, and content (excluding Your Content), is owned by TecheSight and its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive right to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, data or goodwill. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law (including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud). Subject to that, our total liability in any 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid for the Service in that period.

You may stop using the Service and cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or where required by law. On termination you may export Your Content for a reasonable period, after which it may be deleted.

We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified through the Service. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
